Housing Project Support Coordinator Paignton £30,517 - £32,123 per year 37.5 hours per week We have an opportunity for a Housing Project Support Coordinator to join our team, based in Paignton. This is a newly created role to support Regional Directors and Housing Directorate with special projects. The role of Housing Project Support Coordinator will include: • Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, analysed, prepared and presented, • Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support the operational needs of the business, including some occasional secretarial support and diary management, • Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with enquiries and responding positively to complaints and feedback, • Develop and implement effective systems and processes that enable the accurate recording and reporting of engagement activities, • Experience of providing administrative services, • Good organisational and planning skills, • Good communication skills, • Knowledge of relevant legislation, local standards and good practice, • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads We are a not-for-profit housing association, and own and manage around 125,000 homes.
