Chartered or Associate Building Surveyor (Public Sector Consultancy) I’m working with a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy, previously ranked in the Top 35 UK Construction Consultancies and recognised as the 3rd largest SME in the sector. They’re urgently seeking a Chartered or Associate-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS) to join their London team. This is a critical hire for a growing public sector-focused division, and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a client-facing role. You’ll be joining a team that delivers across education, healthcare, local authority, and government frameworks, with a strong pipeline of refurbishment, compliance, and capital works projects. Their portfolio includes major regeneration schemes, landmark stadiums, national office portfolios, and cultural institutions, showcasing their ability to deliver complex, high-profile projects across the built environment.
