We’re happy to train the right people who are eager to learn! - Attention to Detail : Knowledge of our menu, understanding of food and drink pairings, and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs. - Hardworking and Reliable : A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities: - Guest Service : Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. - Menu Knowledge : Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings. - Order Taking and Delivery : Accurately take and process orders, ensuring food and drink are delivered to the table promptly and following guest requests. - Drink Preparation : Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including wine, cocktails, and hot beverages (coffee, tea, etc.), ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. - Upselling : Proactively suggest additional menu items, including specials and desserts, to enhance the guest experience. - Team Collaboration : Work alongside kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs. - Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the restaurant tidy, including clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, and maintaining the cleanliness of service areas. - Problem-Solving : Address any guest concerns or issues in a calm and professional manner, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the business. - Cash Handling : Process payments accurately, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
