The Affiliate & Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for supporting Michael Kors’ performance marketing team across EMEA/ROW region with focus on growing the Affiliate Marketing program in Europe, whilst providing support on day-to-day activities across all other digital marketing channels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Affiliate Marketing • Support the day‑to‑day management of the affiliate program across EU markets., • Assist with onboarding new publishers and maintaining relationships with existing partners., • Conduct daily checks on live exposures to ensure correct messaging, landing pages, tracking, and creative assets., • Monitor publisher performance and flag optimisation opportunities to the Specialist., • Help prepare exposure plans, briefs, and campaign assets for partners and the affiliate agency., • Collaborate with the affiliate agency on weekly calls, sharing updates and supporting campaign execution. Brand Advocacy (Duel Platform) • Support the execution of the brand advocacy program in partnership with Duel, ensuring advocates receive the correct briefs, rewards, and communications., • Assist with onboarding new advocates and managing ongoing communication., • Review advocate content for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality., • Track advocate activity and performance using Duel’s analytics tools., • Help coordinate advocacy campaigns that drive UGC, referrals, and community engagement. Reporting & Analysis • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across affiliates, advocacy, and influencers., • Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across Awin, Duel, Adobe, and internal tools., • Highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities to the Specialist. Budget & Operations • Support monthly validation and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy across commissions, bonuses, and paid placements., • Maintain budget trackers and partner logs., • Assist with administrative tasks including contract management, exposure tracking, and asset organisation. Cross‑Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Design, Social, CRM, and eCommerce teams to ensure partners receive the correct assets and messaging. REQUIREMENTS • 1–2+ years of experience in digital or affiliate marketing, gained at a brand, agency, or affiliate network. We welcome candidates from adjacent backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills and a genuine interest in performance marketing., • Marketing, Business, Analytics or related qualification is a plus, • Confident with Microsoft Office, including Excel – you should be comfortable pulling data, building basic reports, and working with spreadsheets. Advanced Excel skills are not required to start., • Some exposure to website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is a plus – skills are transferable across platforms, • Experience working in partnership with affiliate publishers would be a huge plus, • A second language (particularly French or Spanish) would be a bonus, but is not required We’d Also Love to See (not all required): • A foundational understanding of how affiliate and commission-based marketing works, • Knowledge of Paid Search, PLA, Paid Social and SEO, • Knowledge of competitor activity and positioning, • A team-player with good relationship-building and communication skills, • The ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives, • Strong organizational skills, • Commercial awareness, • Effective time-management and project management skills – must be able to juggle workload with high volume of meetings and emails, • Strong communication skills The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
