Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager based in the UK or Germany to lead sales activities across Europe. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through assigned leads and proactive outreach., • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured follow-up and CRM tools., • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both new and existing clients., • Understand client needs and propose solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention., • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support regional campaigns and customer onboarding., • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets., • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently., • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills., • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for different audiences., • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement., • Interest in the AI, photography, or creative technology industry is highly preferred., • Fluency in English required; German proficiency is strongly preferred for Germany-based candidates., • Willingness to travel across Europe for customer meetings and events.

The Role: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled & data-driven CRM Executive (mid-level) to join our team. The role will be full-time and permanent and will follow a hybrid working pattern with a mixture of working from home & our Liverpool office.
