Job Descriptions • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the range of real estate services offered, including property acquisition, sales, lettings, and management solutions., • Contribute to the development of sales and leasing strategies and assist in setting achievable revenue and occupancy targets based on market conditions and business objectives., • Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand property market trends, tenant demand, investor expectations, and competitor activity., • Evaluate customer and tenant responses to property offerings, pricing structures, presentation standards, and service delivery to inform strategic decisions., • Compile and analyse sales, lettings, and occupancy data to assess performance against agreed targets., • Develop proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities that effectively target buyers, tenants, investors, and property owners., • Produce regular reports for senior management detailing marketing performance, client feedback, portfolio insights, and market developments., • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance property marketing, leasing performance, and brand positioning., • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure the effective delivery of marketing strategies across all property services., • Oversee content creation, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and property-focused promotional initiatives., • Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, tenants, investors, and business partners through proactive communication and tailored engagement., • Support the negotiation of new business opportunities, including property management contracts, sales mandates, and leasing agreements., • Assist in preparing detailed property marketing specifications, including promotional planning, messaging, and alignment of marketing materials with asset positioning and client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree that is equivalent to RQF Level 6, • Proven experience in real estate or property management, or a related professional services sector., • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, property portals, and analytics platforms, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities, • Strategic and commercially focused thinker with strong attention to detail

You will work mainly in pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues, responding to service calls and ensuring that equipment is safe, presentable and operating correctly. This is a field-based role involving regular travel throughout Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding areas. Previous experience with gaming or leisure equipment would be an advantage, although training can be provided to a candidate with strong electrical, mechanical or technical ability. Main responsibilities • Diagnose and repair faults on digital gaming machines, fruit machines and other amusement equipment., • Service and repair pool tables, including coin mechanisms, ball releases, cushions, cloth and levelling., • Diagnose and repair digital jukeboxes, amplifiers, speakers and associated audio equipment., • Install, exchange and remove equipment at customer premises., • Configure equipment, internet connections, routers and basic network settings., • Complete preventative maintenance and equipment safety inspections., • Carry out software updates and basic equipment programming., • Maintain accurate digital job sheets, service records and parts-used information., • Manage spare parts and tools carried in the company vehicle., • Keep equipment clean, secure and professionally presented., • Communicate clearly with venue managers and staff., • Escalate recurring or complex technical faults when required., • Assist with machine collections, cash handling or meter readings where authorised and properly trained., • Follow company procedures relating to security, cash, data protection and health and safety., • Participate in an agreed out-of-hours or weekend call-out rota. Essential requirements • Good practical electrical, mechanical or technical skills., • Ability to diagnose faults logically and work independently., • Basic understanding of computers, software and networking., • Good communication and customer-service skills., • Reliable, organised and able to manage a daily workload., • Comfortable working in pubs, clubs and hospitality venues., • Physically capable of moving equipment safely with appropriate assistance and handling equipment., • Full UK driving licence., • Willingness to travel throughout the company’s service area., • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required., • Honest and trustworthy, particularly when working around cash and valuable equipment.
