The Opportunity We are looking for inspirational tutors around Plymouth to support children and young people with SEND. Many children with SEND have been disengaged with their learning. We support pupils that have struggled to stay in the classroom, who feel too anxious to go to school or whose needs aren't sufficiently supported at school. Essential Experience, Knowledge & Candidate Attributes Required: • Previous experience in a role such as HR Administrator or Assistant., • Experience handling records or data., • Experience working with people in a professional setting., • Strong organisation skills coupled with excellent attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., • Approachable with a professional manner., • IT literate using Microsoft suite of products and ideally with HR management systems., • Able to handle confidential information., • Good time management and teamwork., • Good standard of education (including English and Mathematics). Desirable Qualification, experience (non-essential): • Previous experience in handling a basic level of HR issues would be an advantage., • HR related or business qualification would be highly advantageous (qualified or part qualified).
