Part of the Global HR Operations function, reporting into the Senior Manager HR Operations, the HR Advisor is a key member of the EMEA HR Service Centre responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle, within EMEA mainly supporting the CSL Germany and Switzerland entities. The role ensures that HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently, in line with local requirements and company policy. This position acts as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, particularly supporting German -speaking employees, and contributes to HR data integrity and compliance.
