Spanish Speaking Talent Acquisition Administrator Location: Watford (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Contract: Temporary (December 2025 – February 2026, potential to extend) Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive We’re looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a busy recruitment team based in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience. This role will support high-volume recruitment activity across Spain, particularly around Barcelona, and will involve candidate screening, coordination of recruitment events, and reporting on progress. The successful candidate will need to be available to work during the Christmas and early New Year period. Key Responsibilities • Review and screen applications in Spanish to identify suitable candidates., • Provide a positive candidate experience by responding promptly to applicants at every stage of the process., • Schedule candidates for interview and assessment events, providing clear communication on next steps., • Liaise with venues and local partners in Barcelona to coordinate recruitment days., • Manage candidate communication, queries, and confirmations of attendance., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare materials, schedules, and logistics for assessment events., • Track and report candidate data accurately within the applicant tracking system., • Prepare offer spreadsheets and provide weekly recruitment progress reports., • Support ad hoc reporting and administrative projects as required. Skills and Experience • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)., • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a fast-paced office environment preferred., • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Confident using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday or similar ATS is a plus., • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision., • Confident working with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
