The role involves one day of work each week (flexible scheduling), with occasional additional hours by agreement. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, carpentry, painting, general building upkeep). Undertake basic electrical, plumbing, and groundwork repairs as needed. Carry out safety and utilities checks (lighting, water, heating, fire alarms). Identify and report larger issues or specialist works requiring contractors. Keep basic maintenance records and materials inventory. About You Proven experience in general maintenance or trade work across multiple areas (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, etc.). Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable, practical, and safety-conscious.
