Work closely with Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive operational execution. Requirements 8 to 10 years of experience in a Middle Office, Client Services, or Cash Settlements role within financial services. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent Banking industry experience will be considered. Exceptional organizational and planning skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
