We’re looking for a Head of Digital Product to lead the strategy and delivery of our digital products across web and mobile apps , spanning the AA Driving School, AA Cars marketplace and Vehicle Servicing. This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping modern digital experiences and delivering meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. What will I be doing? • Setting and owning the digital product strategy across multiple customer-facing platforms, aligned to user needs and business goals, • Leading and inspiring cross-functional digital product teams , creating clarity, pace and accountability, • Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products across web and app , from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, • Using insight, data and experimentation to continuously improve customer journeys and measure impact, • Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and senior stakeholders to prioritise work and make informed trade-offs, • Acting as a confident communicator and presenter, clearly articulating product vision, progress and outcomes at all levels of the organisation, • Broad digital product experience, particularly across web and mobile app environments, • Proven experience leading and developing digital product teams, with a people-first leadership style, • A strong technical understanding of modern digital platforms and architecture (you don’t need to be an engineer), • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills, • Experience balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and delivery constraints, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + holiday buying scheme, • Worksave pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution, • Free AA breakdown membership from Day 1 plus 50% discount for family and friends, • Discounts on AA products including car and home insurance, • Employee discount scheme that gives you access to a car salary sacrifice scheme plus great discounts on healthcare, shopping, holidays and more, • Company funded life assurance, • Diverse learning and development opportunities to support you to progress in your career We’re an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone.
