Key Responsibilities: As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing day-to-day business and administrative operations to support the restaurant and franchise., • Coordinating HR-related processes including staff scheduling, records management, and onboarding., • Supporting compliance with UK employment law, franchise policies, and health & safety standards., • Managing supplier documentation, purchase orders, and supporting stock control processes., • Preparing reports on sales, expenses, staffing, and performance for management review., • Assisting the director with operational improvements, project coordination, and business development., • Acting as a point of contact between management, staff, and franchise partners., • Ensuring all compliance and company records are maintained accurately and securely.
