We are looking for an enthusiastic Sousthat has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade. You'll be creating dishes across both the hotel dining menu, events choices and new health club options too, for our newly launched Health Club. Your Sous Chef responsibilities include: • Create, prepare, cook and present dishes - running your section, leading section(s) and coordinating service with colleagues, • Mindful of wastage, portions, time efficiencies and working with all departments to ensure smooth service, • Supporting Head Chef to lead and mentor less experienced colleagues- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner, • Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section About y...
