• HR Advisor, • Herts / Beds borders, • Salary up to £45,000, • 12 Month FTC, • Start May 2026! This role will provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance across a broad range of HR topics including employee relations, policy, processes and the wider employee lifecycle. Working closely with senior HR leaders, this position offers strong exposure across both operational and strategic HR activities. Key Responsibilities: • Provide advice on employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinary, probation, flexible working, and retirement, • Support absence management and HR compliance, • Deliver onboarding and induction, and manage offboarding processes, • Advise on employee lifecycle changes including internal moves, family leave, and working patterns, • Produce HR reports and metrics to support decision-making, • Manage health, wellbeing, CSR, and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, • Coordinate the Employee Forum and maintain HR policies and procedures, • Experience working in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role, • Proven experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish, • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and professionalism, • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, • CIPD qualified or currently studying Resourcing4HR is an independent HR Recruitment and Consultancy company specialising in supporting the HR Community - both candidates and clients alike, in a partnership approach to resourcing HR professionals.
