A newly created, senior leadership position at a large B2C brand that is serious about the power of marketing to drive growth - this is a genuine chance to shape brand, creative and media strategy from scratch, with the budget, the team and the organisational backing to do it properly. This is a Director/Senior Director-level position reporting into the C-suite, with significant budget ownership, a large multidisciplinary team and a wide agency ecosystem to lead. The scope covers paid, owned and earned channels, full-funnel execution, brand governance and creative excellence, all tied to measurable commercial outcomes. Because it's newly created, you'll have the opportunity to define how the function operates, set the standards and build the culture from the ground up. The role operates inside a large, complex organisation, which means stakeholder engagement and emotional intelligence are as important as creative and strategic ability. You'll be influencing senior executives, aligning diverse teams and moving at pace, all while keeping creativity, rigour and ambition at the centre of everything you do. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Group Head of Brand, Creative and Media • Lead the development and execution of an integrated brand, creative and media strategy, uniting paid, owned and earned channels behind a coherent, commercially-driven brand platform, • Own end-to-end campaign delivery: from audience strategy and creative development through to channel planning, execution, measurement and optimisation, • Set and uphold standards for tone of voice, visual identity and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency and quality across all activity, • Drive measurable ROI from media investment through continuous insight-led optimisation and robust measurement frameworks, • Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning media, creative, digital and production, • Manage a substantial budget, ensuring transparency, efficiency and strategic alignment, • Shape the agency ecosystem, directing creative and media agency partners to deliver best-in-class output at scale, • Champion audience-first planning, using customer insight, segmentation and data analytics to sharpen relevance and effectiveness THE VALUE YOU'LL ADD We're looking for a rare blend of strategic brand thinking, creative craft and media expertise.
