The Loss Prevention Specialist Convenience, Stock Take role will support with the delivery of the annual Loss Prevention stocktake plan for Convenience. You are responsible for planning stock count dates, ensuring that these are communicated in a timely manner so that store teams can spend the right time preparing for a count. You'll define stock count training material to ensure each and every count is accurate and completed to time. You will support stores by reviewing NPS feedback and shaping how we work together throughout the stock take process. Working with third party companies to ensure that they deliver good quality accurate counts within the agreed SLA and have a strong communication and escalation process to support the counts. In addition, you will support with driving some of the key processes in stores that can impact shrink if we dont get right. THis will involve developed metrics and reporting to help our stores and field teams understand where they need to focus. You will also support with the delivery of the overall Loss Prevention Plan by measuring outputs from trials and ways of working in order to find better ways of doing things. This position follows a 5 day working week, 3 days minimum office based. Some of your responsibilities will include: Ensure retail compliance in maintaining high loss prevention standards in stores Contribute to stocktake best practice and all relevant supporting material Keep pace with market place innovation and use this to inform investment choices Work with both central and field teams to provide insight and data that will drive decisions based on loss and compliance trends, and metrics that allow them to prioritise activity. Be the key contact for the retail field teams and a subject matter expert in order to provide support Deliver industry leading goods, services and costs Build business cases through trials and data to provide loss solutions that ensure objectives will be met in loss reduction and potential costs and benefits are accurate Controlling costs and spend in line with budget while delivering industry leading programmes About you We've built an incredibly diverse business, and we're working hard to make sure we truly represent the communities we serve.
