Essential Requirements: · Previous experience in a similar support or care role is desirable. · A passion for supporting individuals to live independently. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. · Patience, empathy, and understanding of individual needs. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within safeguarding protocols. · A flexible approach to working hours. · Desirable Qualifications: · NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. · First Aid and/or Manual Handling certification (preferred but not essential).
