That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an HSEQ Officer — someone who lives and breathes safety, understands what good looks like on site, and knows how to make it part of everyday working life. You’ll be the approachable expert who helps our teams stay safe, compliant, and confident in what they do. What the role’s about As part of our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality team, you’ll be out in the field — visiting sites, checking standards, and supporting our engineers, managers, and clients to make sure everything we do meets the highest expectations. You’ll lead by example — running toolbox talks, delivering training, and promoting a safety culture built on respect and accountability. You’ll carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments, then turn what you find into clear, practical improvements. From incident investigations to ISO audits, from environmental checks to engagement campaigns — you’ll be the link that turns policy into practice and good intentions into action. You’ll fit right in if you... • Have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for safety, quality, and the environment., • Know your way around ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 — and can help others understand them too., • Enjoy being on site, working alongside engineers and supervisors to solve real problems., • Are comfortable engaging with everyone — from clients to contractors — in a down-to-earth, approachable way., • Like to make a difference, not just tick boxes. What you’ll bring • A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification)., • Around 2+ years’ experience in a health, safety, or quality role — ideally within HVAC, M&E, or construction., • Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation, CDM, and ISO standards., • Confidence in conducting audits, investigations, and delivering training., • A full UK driving licence — and the willingness to travel between sites when needed.
