You’ll lead by example — running toolbox talks, delivering training, and promoting a safety culture built on respect and accountability. You’ll carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments, then turn what you find into clear, practical improvements. From incident investigations to ISO audits, from environmental checks to engagement campaigns — you’ll be the link that turns policy into practice and good intentions into action. What you’ll bring • A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification)., • Around 2+ years’ experience in a health, safety, or quality role — ideally within HVAC, M&E, or construction., • Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation, CDM, and ISO standards., • Confidence in conducting audits, investigations, and delivering training., • A full UK driving licence — and the willingness to travel between sites when needed.
