Aftermarket Sales Manager Midlands (Hybrid) Up to £55,000 + Car and Company bonus This key role within the hydraulic systems product group focuses on developing new business, managing dealer relationships, supporting product demonstrations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Actively grow the dealer and premium partner network across the UK and Ireland, • Plan and execute structured sales activities to identify, approach and engage new dealers, • Organise and facilitate exhibitions and events and serve as a key representative of the business, • Conduct structured sales visits to drive product awareness, • Enhance and manage relationships with the existing Dealer Network and Premium Partners to maximise sales potential Sales Performance & Forecasting, • Achieve sales, margin and performance targets within the hydraulic levelling system segment, • Support with the sales forecasting, • Complete accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting, • Maintain accurate record of sales activity, pipeline opportunities and customer interactions Market Engagement & Representation, • Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activity; share insights internally and adjust sales strategies accordingly, • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase product visibility Dealer Onboarding & Customer Support, • Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, including conducting product demonstrations where required Key Requirements: • Previous sales experience, ideally within an automotive, RV, caravan, or technical hydraulic systems role, • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts clearly, • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently, • Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
