Senior Quantity Surveyor High-End Residential & Bespoke Joinery London | Full-Time or Part-Time Our client is a design-led specialist delivering exceptional bespoke joinery and interiors for some of the world’s most prestigious private residences. With a long-standing heritage, international footprint, and reputation for craftsmanship at the highest level, they work closely with private clients, designers, and project teams to deliver complex, high-value residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial and financial management of their London-based projects. The Role This is a senior commercial position, acting as the bridge between finance and operations, with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered profitably, compliantly, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: • Full commercial oversight of bespoke residential projects from pre-contract through to final account, • Budget management, cost forecasting, and financial reporting, • Procurement and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, • Contract administration, including variations, valuations, and payments, • Managing commercial risk and resolving contractual issues, • Supporting bids, pricing strategies, and wider business growth initiatives, • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual standards About You • Qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS or equivalent preferred), • Strong experience in cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting, • Confident working with JCT contracts and contract law principles, • Background in high-end residential, joinery, or interiors fit-out is advantageous (but not essential), • Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Comfortable working with both B2B and private clients, • Able to operate at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and improving commercial processes, • German language skills would be a bonus, but are not required Package & Benefits • Competitive salary (DOE), • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Hybrid working with flexible start and finish times, • Performance-related bonus, • Private healthcare, life insurance, and critical illness cover, • Pension contribution, • Cycle to work scheme, • Enhanced family leave and childcare support, • Employee assistance programme and health cash plan, • Regular team socials, including summer and Christmas events Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person Reference ID: 42379
