Role Overview The Change Management & Communications Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and executing strategic communication and change implementation plans across a number of high‑priority business change programmes within GSK. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across GSK R&D and Medical organizations, connecting strategic initiatives to deliver enhanced value from evidence and external data. The role will play a critical part in operationalising and embedding key enterprise programmes, including External Data, Epi 2.0, and the Integrated Evidence Strategy (IES) framework, ensuring sustainable adoption and business-as-usual (BAU) transition across global teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Change & Communications: • Develop and execute end-to-end change management and strategic communication plans for complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives., • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies., • Lead the change and communications portfolio for multiple concurrent programmes, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and business outcomes. Operational Integration & Capability Building: • Support the operationalisation and embedding of the Integrated Evidence Strategy (IES) framework across R&D and Medical., • Partner with enterprise and R&D stakeholders to design and develop capabilities, processes, governance, and tools that enable effective adoption and long-term sustainability., • Drive consistent ways of working across matrixed teams, RUs, and Therapeutic Areas (TAs). Business Insight & Analysis: • Provide insight-driven analysis to assess change impact, risks, and adoption readiness., • Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend targeted actions that enhance programme delivery and change success., • Translate complex concepts related to evidence, external data, and strategy into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences. Measurement & Benefits Realisation: • Design, implement, and track metrics and KPIs to measure progress against agreed business change and adoption criteria., • Monitor effectiveness of communications, engagement, and change activities, continuously refining approaches based on results. Requirements • Proven experience in change management, strategic communications, programme/project management, or operations, ideally within a pharmaceutical R&D or Medical environment., • Demonstrated ability to operate at an enterprise level, influencing senior leaders and driving adoption across global, matrixed organisations., • Strong track record of supporting large-scale transformations from design through implementation and BAU transition., • Experience designing and delivering change and communications strategies aligned to business strategy and outcomes.
