As our Senior Graphic Designer youll work with the Creative Lead other Senior Graphic Designers Artworker and wider marketing team including in-house copywriter and videographer on a variety of marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive conversion across our portfolio of characterful properties. Your day-to-day activities will include: • Respond to tasks/projects from the Creative Studio manager and Marketing Director effectively and within the agreed time scales including hitting individual and team targets, • Liaise with properties via email and telephone about artwork amends proofing etc, • Develop and design marketing collateral including brochures flyers banners social media graphics email templates and promotional materials., • Create visually engaging content for digital and print media that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies., • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives., • Maintain and update the companys visual assets ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials., • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects., • Work closely with external vendors such as printers and illustrators to ensure the highest quality output., • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards, • Deal with all incoming artwork which will include updating editing and re-creating artwork, • Contributing to meetings at predesign and pre-production stages, • Managing the collaborative sign off process, • Take hi-res photos at Head Office or out at property when required and re-touch images, • Organise and attend photoshoots, • Must be familiar and have strong skills in Adobe Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)., • Strong understanding of designing for digital and the importance of user experience., • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly manner with internal and external clients., • Ability to work well under pressure, • Keen eye for detail, • Good time management and prioritisation, • Experience of liaising with printers, • A fun environment where you will receive the training and support to develop and progress, • Stream - the ability to access up to 40% of your wages as you earn them each week, • Free parking, • Health cash plan with access to discounted perks, • Employee Assistance programme, • Enhances maternity and paternity pay, • 33 days annual leave, • Free tea coffee and fruit, • Discounted accommodation food and drink in our beautiful properties across the country, • Pension & Life assurance Daniel Thwaites founded in 1807 by Daniel Thwaites has grown from a small brewery in Blackburn Lancashire to a diversified hospitality business.
