JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have a new opportunity for 2 Repairs Surveyors to join the Guinness Property team based in London on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will conduct property surveys and inspections, overseeing subcontracted repairs to ensure they meet Guinness standards and timelines. This field-based role involves traveling across London. Reporting to the Complex Repairs Manager you will perform surveys, including Damp, Mould and Condensation inspections.
