In this role, you drive a work vehicle between jobs, arrange parking (which we pay for), and then enter the properties and work alongside your teammates (teams are 2-4 people total). This is cleaning residential properties when tenants move in or out and all equipment is provided. Training is on the job and for the right candidate we would move them quickly into a trainee team leader role, where they would learn how to run a small team and report into the office as the day goes on.
