Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors., • Manage inbound sales enquiries and proactively follow up leads., • Understand customer needs and present tailored modification solutions., • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales with confidence and professionalism., • Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth project handovers., • Proven sales experience (B2B preferred) in any of the following fields:, • Construction, • Manufacturing, • Modular buildings or related industries., • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills., • Self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and strong pipeline management., • Ability to manage handling inbound calls/enquiries and qualifying opportunities., • Ability to manage and exceed sales targets., • Full UK driving license; occasional on-site client visits required.
