    Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Post office and Convenience Store by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in customer service, and excellent phone etiquette to effectively manage communications and maintain office efficiency. Full job description -Manage day to day running of the post office and convenience Store -Handle all cash and money transactions in an accurate and confidential way -Listen to customer requests and queries and process them in a timely manner -Work as part of a team -Maintain an accurate stock and cash balance at the end of each shift -Stock management including checking, rotating (date checks), ordering and taking deliveries (checking against invoices and delivery notes) -Monitor sales performance and work with staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. -Implement promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. -Prepare daily/weekly summary reports as required -Balance shop cashier till floats and prepare daily cashier report -Carry out a range of post office services including: -processing letters and parcels -pension and benefits transactions -banking and bill payments -car tax and DVLA forms -travel insurance and foreign currency Candidates must be able to demonstrate: -Excellent customer service and the ability to go the extra mile for our customers -A high degree of accuracy in your work -The ability to work under pressure in a busy post office and convenience store environment -Previous experience in handling cash/financial transactions -Honesty and integrity
