    We are looking for a reliable, organised, and customer focused Operations & Customer Service Associate to support the daily operations of our in store clinic. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, order fulfillment, payment processing, and ensuring smooth day to day operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: • Fulfill and package customer orders accurately and efficiently, • Attend to customers professionally and assist with enquiries, • Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records, • Provide excellent customer service both in-store and online, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the environment, • Assist with stock management and inventory monitoring, • Coordinate with management regarding daily operational needs, • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary, • Support general administrative and operational tasks when required Requirements: • Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or operations roles is preferred but not required, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Good organisational and multitasking abilities, • Basic computer and payment system knowledge, • Professional appearance and attitude, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented and teachable. Preferred Qualities: • Friendly and approachable personality Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and within a team, • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
