Fleet Administrator \n Cannock \n Permanent | Full-Time£25,000 - £30,000 DOE \n Fleet Administrator Opportunity \n Our client is a successful and growing business operating within the automotive and fleet management sector. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to join their busy operations team based in Cannock \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. \n The Role \n As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of a diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring all records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. \n Key responsibilities include: \n\n • Maintaining accurate vehicle and fleet records.\n, • Processing vehicle orders, registrations, disposals and transfers.\n, • Coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections and movements.\n, • Monitoring service schedules, MOTs and compliance requirements.\n, • Liaising with customers, suppliers and third-party service providers.\n, • Preparing reports and updating internal management systems.\n, • Supporting invoicing and fleet-related documentation.\n, • Managing customer queries and providing excellent service throughout.\n, • Ensuring all fleet administration is completed within agreed timescales.\n, • Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team.\n\n About You \n To be successful in this role, you will have: \n\n • Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet, automotive, logistics or transport environments.\n, • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.\n, • The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n, • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n, • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.\n, • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\n Benefits \n\n • Competitive salary dependent on experience.\n, • Opportunity to join a growing and supportive business.\n, • Career development and progression opportunities.\n, • Friendly and collaborative working environment.\n, • On-site parking.\n, • Full training and ongoing support.\n\n
