\n If you are an experienced Social Media Marketing Exec/Paid Media Specialist/Campaign Manager, we have a new role we would like to discuss with you. \n This is a permanent, in-house position based in Upminster, Essex, with five days per week on site. It is not an agency or remote role. \n A fast-growing business in a regulated consumer services sector is seeking an experienced Meta Ads specialist to own and scale high-volume paid social lead generation. This in-house role suits someone comfortable with significant budgets, daily optimisation and disciplined, data-led decisions. \n What you'll do: \n\n • Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.\n, • Build campaign structures for volume and performance, including testing frameworks, budget allocation and scaling rules; manage audiences, retargeting, exclusions and funnel segmentation.\n, • Optimise against CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead-quality indicators and agreed commercial targets.\n, • Run creative testing across angles, hooks and formats, translate results into briefs, and make daily data-led changes to stabilise and improve performance.\n, • Maintain tracking and attribution hygiene across events, Meta Pixel/Conversions API where applicable, UTMs and landing-page signal quality.\n, • Own daily/weekly reporting covering pacing, spend, CPL/CPA, trends and test results, using simple dashboards or spreadsheets.\n, • Identify risks and opportunities early, including scaling headroom, creative fatigue, rising costs and audience saturation.\n, • Work with internal stakeholders so lead flow aligns with operational capacity and commercial objectives.\n, • 2+ years' hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns end to end.\n, • Clear evidence of managing £100,000+ monthly Meta ad spend.\n, • A proven record of running and scaling performance-led lead-generation campaigns.\n, • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, including objectives, optimisation events, placements, budgeting and bid approaches.\n, • Confidence owning the numbers and turning performance data into action: what changed, why and what happens next.\n, • Clean reporting habits and a disciplined testing mindset, including stopping underperforming activity quickly.\n, • Comfort working to daily optimisation expectations in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.\n, • Regulated or compliance-sensitive sectors, such as financial services, claims or insurance.\n, • Lead-quality feedback loops, post-lead metrics and downstream performance indicators.\n, • Strong direct-response creative judgement and clear stakeholder communication.\n
