Role: Junior Account Manager Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office) Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + quarterly bonus Sector: SaaS / Software / Events The Opportunity Are you an early-career Account Manager or graduate looking to build a commercial career in a fast-growing start-up transforming the events and ticketing industry? This Manchester-based business has built a unique ticketing platform used across sports, music, hospitality, and live events. In its first full year to market, it generated £25m+ in revenue and is forecasting at least double growth this year. This is not a passive account management role. You’ll be encouraged to develop a commercial mindset - spotting opportunities, supporting account growth, and learning how revenue is generated in a SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with senior team members as you build confidence and responsibility. Who This Role Suits This role is ideal for someone who: • Is a graduate or early in their career (around 1 year in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles), • Is commercially curious and proactive, • Wants to develop a business development mindset, • Has an interest in sports, music, or live events, • Is comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment Bilingual or multilingual candidates will have an advantage, but not a requirement Experience in ticketing, venues, or consumer platforms is a bonus, not essential.
