We are proud of our international team and large global partnerships with leading clients. As a Game Artist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aesthetics of our games. Your primary responsibility will be to create art for upcoming games that aligns with each game’s overall vision. You will be involved in the early stages of game development, designing characters, environments, and various symbols and assets that set the tone and style for the rest of the game design process. This position requires a keen understanding of design principles, a passion for art and games, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Work closely with the Art team, wider Product team, and other stakeholders to understand the vision of the game., • Develop concepts of characters, environments, props, and other assets into final art, ready to be shipped for production., • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for the game., • Present concepts in a clear and coherent manner to the team and stakeholders., • Collaborate with the wider Art and Front End teams to ensure that game art is accurately translated into the development of the game., • Provide input and feedback on the work of other artists and designers., • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the gaming industry. Required Experience • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience., • Proven experience as a Game Artist in the gaming industry., • Strong knowledge of art fundamentals such as colour theory, composition, and perspective., • Excellent drawing and sketching abilities., • Proficiency in digital art software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., • Strong communication and presentation skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: * Understanding of defence industry regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and customer-specific requirements. * Experience ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and customer quality requirements. * Ability to support customer audits, source inspections, and government quality representatives as required. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree/HND in Engineering (Preferable) in a Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in Product Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Quality within a regulated industry (preferably defence, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or similar). * Experience working in a defence or aerospace environment with controlled products and strict compliance requirements preferred. * Experience with Quality tools and software (e.g., SPC, MSA, PFMEA, control plans). * Experience in ERP/MRP systems and electronic quality management systems (eQMS). * Strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams. * Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical reporting. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. * Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required.
