MSP Account Manager - Hybrid in Sheffield The MSP Account Manager will play a key role in supporting an existing portfolio of clients, reducing churn, and increasing adoption of multi-service solutions. The role will involve managing approximately 75–100 customer accounts and engaging across the full sales cycle. You’ll be coached by an experienced Sales Manager and will collaborate closely to support and grow the client base. Targets will be based on Actual Gross Profit (AGP), with achievable but motivating goals.
