Job Summary We are currently recruiting skilled and reliable Multi-Traders and Painters to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople to work on a range of properties, primarily focused on repairs and maintenance for council tenants. Duties • General day -to-day maintenance in residential council properties, • Painting and decorating (and all relevant internal and external works)., • Plumbing, Carpentry or electrical tasks (for multi traders), • Carrying out scheduled works and liaising with admin to ensure works are at correct standard, • Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard, in a clean and respectful manner, • Liaising with tenants and maintaining professional conduct at all time, • Complying with health & Safety regulations on site Requirements Proven experience in a similar role ( multi-trade - painter) Strong knowledge of tools and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem solving skills Must have a UK driving license and own vehicle DBS check will be required due to working in residential settings Job Type: Full-time Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road
