Job Description Job Title: Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable Location: Arlington, VA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + Annual Bonus Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, PTO, transit benefits, end-of-year bonus, and more Staff Accountant – AR Focus A long-standing, reputable organization in Arlington is adding a Staff Accountant to its accounting department. This is a direct-hire role offering strong stability, a collaborative team environment, and excellent benefits. The team is looking to move quickly, with interviews kicking off next week. Role Overview This position plays a key role in managing Accounts Receivable and supporting daily accounting operations. The Staff Accountant will handle cash applications, customer billing, reconciliations, membership revenue processes, and fixed asset tracking. You’ll join a tight-knit team of five and report directly to the Accounting Supervisor.
