Vacation Processor - Baltimore, MD About the Company and Vacation Processor Opportunity: • CFS is partnering with a great repeat non profit client in Baltimore City to bring on an additional Vacation Processor on a contract to hire basis., • For the right candidate, this position will become permanent and can lead to growth opportunities within the organization., • The Vacation Processor will join their small sized, well tenured, tight knit team. Fully on site in Baltimore city. Candidates must be local and have reliable transportation, • Reports to the Vacation Manager, • Salary: $41,640 Job Duties of the Vacation Processor:, • Work with Vacation Manager and accounting team and employers to resolve member's employment discrepancies., • Process vacation claims, port relief claims, converted overtime claims, follow up on unresolved issues, and prepare all related documents for imaging., • Prepare error letters for all claims, advise member, Outports & Accounting Department., • Provide telephone, email, and technical support when needed., • Act as liaison between departments relative to programming and employment data in systems., • Prepare weekly & monthly dues and PAF report., • Maintain data & files for member contributions and other documents., • Maintain child support orders, liens, garnishments, & other withholding allowance orders., • Research & respond to employment verification requests., • Print & mail member W2 records, upon request., • Assist with the month end and year end closing process., • Prepare the monthly check sequence report., • Maintain a listing of voided vacation & port relief checks., • Assist Vacation Manager with manual vacation changes. Ideal Candidate for the Vacation Processor:, • Professional, positive attitude, and polite, • Strong work ethic, • Analytical mindset and strong memory, • Math skills, • Must be comfortable working with a tight knit team in a very quiet office environment, • Highly focused, calm under pressure, and able to take constructive criticism, • Accounting, payroll, benefits, medical billing, or admin/office assistant experience required, • Basic Excel skills, • Able to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable being quick on your feet, • Able to retain information, see the big picture, strong customer service skills, and very meticulous attention to detail, • Must be able to pass a background check
