Job Description Client Service & Case Management Specialist Life, Insurance, and Wealth Planning Support (Non-401(k)) Location: On-site | Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Work Arrangement: In-office only Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000+, based on experience, skill set, and demonstrated ability to manage responsibility independently. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-driven Client Service & Case Management Specialist to support our wealth planning and insurance operations. This role is responsible for managing highly detailed client records, coordinating complex policyholder service needs, and ensuring seamless execution of client service and case management activities. This is a high-responsibility, detail-intensive position that directly supports advisor strategy and client outcomes. The ideal candidate works independently within clearly defined processes, thinks ahead, and takes ownership of ensuring all required steps are completed accurately and in the proper sequence. Key Responsibilities Financial Blueprint & Client Record Management • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs outside of 401(k) plans., • Provide responsive, professional, and high-touch client service while coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution., • Oversee and manage ongoing policyholder service and insurance administration activities, requiring careful review, tracking, follow-up, and documentation., • Monitor policy activity, premium status, and service needs to proactively identify issues and support advisor decision-making., • Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members to ensure policy service requests, changes, claims, and premium activity are handled accurately and in a timely manner., • Coordinate and support relationships with attorneys and other professional partners to facilitate the preparation, review, and updating of client planning documents., • Ensure advisors and firm leadership are fully prepared for client meetings through proactive case management and coordination., • Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and support accountability across the team., • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized client, policy, and relationship data within the firm’s CRM system., • Support advisor workflow, task management, and reporting through consistent and timely data updates., • Ensure documentation and activity tracking meet firm standards and support compliance, service, and planning needs.
