As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of high-impact initiatives with an initial focus on building and executing a remarketing strategy to support multiple sales channels. Youll work independently to drive strategy and execution while collaborating with sales, analytics, IT, and operations teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape revenue-driven campaigns, develop compelling content, and deliver measurable results in a lean, fast-moving marketing team. Key Responsibilities • Strategy Development: Build and execute data-driven marketing plans aligned with business goals, defining target audiences, personas, market trends, and competitive positioning., • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events), using performance metrics to refine strategies., • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all channels by coordinating with internal teams and external partners., • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities., • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to deliver campaigns and present strategies and results to stakeholders., • Content Oversight: Guide content creation and messaging for social, email, advertising, websites, and other platforms to align with marketing goals. Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in B2B., • Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue-driven campaigns., • Strong skills in strategy development, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration., • Copywriting and content strategy experience, with familiarity in omni-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, social media)., • High digital literacy, adaptable to new tools, and experienced with A/B testing and performance benchmarking., • Strong EQ and ability to work effectively in lean marketing teams (10 or fewer)., • Experience with Pardot, Google Suite, CRM/ERP platforms, and social media., • Background in growth or performance marketing roles, including account-based marketing, SEO/SEM, or inbound marketing.
