As our IT Lead you will serve as the primary technology expert and strategic partner to leadership, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and built to support growth across all areas of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Grand Rapids, with standard business hours and flexibility as needed to support system operations and key initiatives. What you will do: Technology Leadership & Strategy • Own and execute the organization’s IT roadmap aligned with growth, compliance, and security goals, • Serve as the primary technology advisor to executive leadership, • Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Power Platform), • Design and support secure collaboration, document management, and workflow automation, • Oversee all company devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, • Manage MDM systems, security policies, patching, and lifecycle planning, • Design, build, and maintain custom internal applications and dashboards, • Develop integrations across clinical, operational, and financial systems, • Drive adoption of AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and decision-making, • Build and optimize internal Copilot and automation solutions, • Ensure HIPAA-compliant systems and data handling practices, • Implement cybersecurity best practices including MFA, conditional access, and incident response, • Oversee IT support processes and escalation paths, • Balance day-to-day technical support with long-term system improvements, • Collaborate with clinical, finance, HR, and operations teams to support business needs What we're looking for: Required • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud environments, • Hands-on experience building software, automations, or internal tools, • Experience with device management (Intune or similar), • Solid understanding of security, identity, and access management, • Experience in healthcare, post-acute care, or other regulated environments, • Experience with Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools, or custom development, • Competitive compensation, benefits, and incentives, • Weekly Pay, • A dedication to work/life balance, • A team work environment, • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
