With a focus on assisting catering and cafe operations with exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and team development, you will assist in overseeing catering and cafe operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Support all aspects of café and coffee bar operations, including production, service, and sanitation standards. * Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings align with client expectations and brand standards. * Assist in managing daily financials including food and labor costs, forecasting, inventory, and purchasing. * Lead and support front-line associates to maintain a positive, productive work environment. * Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience. * Implement and uphold all FLIK operational policies, procedures, and food safety regulations. * Assist in the execution of marketing and wellness initiatives to engage customers and drive participation. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the operation. Qualifications: • Must have at least 2 to 4 years of food service management experience., • Experience in higher-end restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations required., • Comprehensive knowledge of food., • Able to manage multi-unit concepts in a fast-paced environment., • Financial experience and business acumen skills., • ServSafe Certification is preferred., • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
