Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager with strong Marketplace expertise to own and grow a portfolio of ExpressMed brand partners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Marketplace strategies across Amazon and, where applicable, Walmart and Target. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic leadership, collaborating closely with internal teams including advertising, operations, creative, and leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing. What You’ll Do Brand & Marketplace Strategy • Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned brands, defining Marketplace strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share, • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon strategies tailored to each brand’s goals, catalog, and competitive landscape, • Monitor performance across Amazon and other supported Marketplaces, including sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, and competitive activity, • Analyze brand performance using multiple data sources to understand profitability by SKU and channel Listing, Content & Brand Presence • Execute and manage Amazon Brand Registry initiatives, • Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores, • Monitor all SKUs to ensure listings remain optimized and live, initiating support cases when issues arise, • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive, compelling brand representation across all Marketplaces, including SEO best practices Advertising & Growth • Partner closely with the advertising team to manage ad spend while delivering strong ROI, • Monitor advertising performance and collaborate on keyword strategy, competitive research, and growth opportunities, • Support promotional planning, launches, and go-to-market initiatives Operations & Account Management • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure advertising, purchase orders, inventory forecasting, copy, and listings are executed on time, • Assist with accurate inventory forecasting to support seasonality, peak periods, and catalog changes, • Manage account health and resolve issues through Amazon’s case management system, • Oversee review management initiatives, including Amazon Vine and ratings optimization Reporting & Communication • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners, including sales, advertising, and key insights, • Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution, • Provide a high level of service to executive-level client stakeholders while contributing to a culture of service excellence Ownership & Execution • Take full ownership of brand performance, proactively identifying issues and opportunities Experience & Knowledge • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Amazon Marketplace management, brand management, or related e-commerce roles, • Hands-on experience with Amazon listing creation, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and flat files, • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, restrictions, SOPs, and best practices, • Experience with Amazon FBA, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, promotions, and account health management, • Familiarity with Walmart and Target Marketplaces is a plus Skills & Attributes • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability, • Proven ability to analyze data, present insights, and make data-driven recommendations, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Highly organized, technically capable, and detail-oriented, • Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Working at ExpressMed • Employer contribution toward 401(k) and Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums for full-time employees and dependents, • Hybrid office schedule, • Stand-up desk, • Paid holidays, • Regular employee events, • Professional growth opportunities and mentorship from experienced leaders, • Collaborative, fast-growing, start-up style environment where everyone contributes to success ExpressMed is an equal opportunity employer.
