Job Description Become part of a distinguished land development firm with over ten years of proven expertise in master-planned community creation. Our client's organization is embarking on an exciting expansion phase, evolving from residential and infrastructure development into commercial real estate implementation across an extensive mixed-use development covering thousands of acres. The Role Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Vice President to spearhead the strategic implementation of their commercial portfolio. This is a newly established executive leadership position that provides the chance to architect strategy from inception while collaborating with a dynamic team in a high-visibility, impactful role. Key Opportunities: • Opportunity to build and scale commercial development capabilities, • Drive mixed-use development strategy in a high-growth corridor, • Oversee commercial development across acres of entitled commercial land Leasing & Tenant Strategy • Build and maintain pipeline of tenant relationships, • Drive tenanting strategy and leasing execution for retail, office, and mixed-use properties, • Collaborate on phasing and infrastructure delivery across multiple precincts, • Lead planning and execution of vertical development projects from design through delivery, • Develop reporting tools to track project status and cash flow, • Provide oversight of active construction through internal and third-party resources, • Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate Analyst, Construction Manager, and consultant teams, • Present deal-level and portfolio updates to leadership and investors, • Lead strategic land sales and asset monetization efforts Requirements Required Qualifications • Experience with retail, office, or mixed-use project development and vertical execution, • 10+ years in commercial real estate development, asset management, or capital markets, • Proven track record managing consultants, brokers, and construction teams to successful outcomes, • Direct oversight experience with ground-up vertical projects, • Familiarity with Argus or similar underwriting platforms, • Advanced degree (MBA, MSRE), • PDF markup tools experience (Bluebeam Revu), • Advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, • Experience presenting investment cases to senior stakeholders, • Deep knowledge of lease structuring and pro forma modeling, • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead negotiations Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 (based on experience), • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), • Some evening meetings may be required, • Occasional construction site visits required, • Minimal travel requirements (<2%) Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
