Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL (CDL‑A) drivers for regional W‑2 assignments. Candidates with varying levels of recent experience, including recent driving school graduates who meet the listed experience pathways, are encouraged to apply. • Compensation and benefits, • Mileage pay: $0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile), • Performance bonus: $0.10 per mile, paid weekly, • Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,350–$1,800 (based on average weekly mileage), • Health, dental, and vision insurance options; life insurance, • 401(k) retirement plan, • PTO and AD&D coverage; safe and on‑time performance incentives, • Schedule and home time, • Weekly or bi‑weekly home time options, • 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty, • Predictable regional routes suitable for drivers seeking consistent home time, • Equipment and freight, • 2022–2025 automatic Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors, • Primarily dry van freight; approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, • Majority no‑touch freight; some customer unloads may be required, • Primary responsibilities, • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies, • Complete assigned regional routes, pickups, and deliveries according to schedule and instructions, • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs, • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and ELD logs, • Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation, • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery confirmations, • Follow fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety procedures, • Minimum qualifications, • Valid CDL‑A license, • One of the following experience pathways:, • At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months, • 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor‑trailer experience within the last 12 months, • 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years, • Able to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening, • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication, • Drivers residing far from domicile may need a safe, authorized place to park assigned equipment, • Additional information, • Modern equipment, predictable schedules, and weekly performance pay make this position suitable for drivers seeking consistency and reliable home time.
