We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff. We are currently seeking a Contingent Housekeeper. This position is responsible for all housekeeping functions within the facility and its surrounding grounds. Schedule: Contingent first-shift; Saturdays and Sundays, plus extra hours during week to cover as needed Essential duties include but are not limited to: • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, • General cleaning, dusting, washing windows, • Garbage removal, • Cleaning restrooms, • Laundry, • Building and moving furniture, • Receiving and delivering packages, • Ability to work with minimal supervision, • Ability to work with biohazardous material, • Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, • Strong attention to detailRequirements:Position Qualifications:, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Previous housekeeping experience, • Proven attendance record, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, • Knowledge & understanding of HIPAA, • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, • Ability to work on the weekends Those eligible to drive company vehicles must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage as defined by the agency commercial insurance carrier. Job Description Job Description: • The Material Area Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly teams that unload, store, and deliver material to support production in an automotive manufacturing assembly plant. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Lead the safety, delivery, cost, quality, and morale of hourly work teams., • Develop team leaders to meet corporate guidelines and transform existing material delivery processes to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs utilizing the World Class Manufacturing process., • Ensure inventory and record integrity and maintain a positive working relationship with both management and union represented employee., • Manage multiple work teams in a fast paced, high volume unionized manufacturing environment., • Responsible for coordinating daily team activities to achieve business metrics and implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools and processes as it related to material flow., • Required to oversee and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of Team Leaders and Team Members and practice Leadership Principles. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED, • Ability to troubleshoot equipment/ machinery., • Strong math skills and problem solving ability, • Better than average understanding of Excel and Outlook., • Ability to work well with a team while also working independently., • Detail oriented and strong ability to organize and prioritize., • Good written and verbal communication skills., • Great team player, hard worker, self-starter with good work ethic. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our University of Michigan location. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required.
