SUMMARY: Ensure professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders. This role is customer-facing at the Will Call desk and handles the transactional side of the will call process. SCHEDULE: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times. This is an in-person position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Serve customers by physically providing customers their completed print orders, • If presented with a customer concern or print issue, properly guide customers on next steps through the website and/or through Customer Experience, • Assist customers in navigating the 4over website as needed, • Maintain an organized storeroom by placing merchandise on appropriate shelves, • When not helping customers, Will Call will be responsible for assisting Customer Experience through other avenues (phone calls, emails, etc.), • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn customer loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge, • Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism, and empathy, • Listen actively and intently to gain a full understanding of the call; acknowledge key points and ask appropriate questions; interpret verbal cues to identify underlying concerns and motivations, • Dependent on location, unloading of pallets/truck deliveries may be required, • Dependent on location, forklift certification may be required and will be provided by company, • Complete and process all required tasks, • Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s), • Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment, • Attend all department/company meetings, • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bilingual (Spanish/English), • High School Diploma or GED equivalency, required, • Forklift certified, • Strong work history (longevity), • Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience Preferred 4over was founded in February of 2001.
