We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Representative who has excellent communication skills and organizational skills Here are the details: Position: Office Admin Clerk Location: Woodland Hills CA Duration: Long Term, full time Pay: $24/hour Schedule: 9am to 5:30pm What we're looking for: Strong communication skills At least 2 years of administrative experience Tech Savvy Intermediate Excel and Word skills Key duties include: Answering phones Filing, faxing, scanning, copying Taking notes Ordering supplies Communicating with customers.
