Eligible candidates will be scheduled to sit for the Bar exam in February or July 2026. Key Responsibilities: • Negotiate with lien claimants, • Navigate a case management system, • Write reports for clients, • Summarize recent case law and updates, • A law degree from an accredited law school, • Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills, • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage, • Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Note: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, inquisitive, and willing to take initiative. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. A law degree and pending California State Bar results are required.
