Job Description Cerna Solutions is a fast-growing IT Services company, looking for a Full Time Staff Accountant to join their team. The Staff Accountant will provide day-to-day financial, analytical, and administrative support, working with all departments and levels of management. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, perform efficiently and effectively while managing various priorities, work independently and as part of a team, as well as be a critical thinker and problem solver with effective communication skills. This position will report in to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Compile data, prepare and develop Management Reports including key performance indicators, variance analysis, etc., involving the extensive use of advanced excel techniques, • Oversee Accounts Payable including 1099s, • Oversee Accounts Receivable, • Collections, • Process Semi-Monthly Multi-State Payroll including accurate administration of payroll deductions and withholdings; performance of complex commission and bonus calculations; in depth review of employee expense claims for compliance with company / client policies and approval as required, • Provide assistance and accounting support with month and year end activities, • Reconcile General Ledger accounts, • Accurately code and record financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, • Maintain Fixed Asset Register, • Identify areas of improvement to increase operational efficiency, • Provide input to the budgeting and forecasting processes, • Adhere to company policies, procedures and practices, • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, • Minimum of three years general accounting experience, • Payroll experience required, • QuickBooks experience required (online preferred), • Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Word & Excel, • Advanced Excel skills required Cerna Solutions, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. Job DescriptionJob Title: L2 Computer Service TechnicianLocation: Oceanside, CASummary:We are looking to hire a skilled L2 Service/Repair Technician to assist our clients with computer hardware issues. You will be required to work on-site 8 – 5pm Monday thru Friday. Responding to assigned repair tickets involving computer damage, system not booting, water spills, cracked screens etc. This self-motivated candidate will follow defined account or departmental policies and procedures, work on routine assignments, identify, test and repair system hardware. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Support of PC & MAC Platforms & Operating Systems., • Responds to dispatched assignments usually involving the installation, repair or maintenance of computer hardware., • Computer replacement program initiatives, including System Level Migrations, Data Migrations, Application Install and Configuration on PC & MAC systems., • Work independently on assignments and report progress to your supervising manager., • Coordinate, manage and predict equipment and part needs for dispatched service requests and coordinate those requests directly with the client., • Facilitate 100% of service ticket closures for all requests within Service Now/OPUS., • Manage assets and take detailed notes utilizing CRM tools or applications by keeping status, details, notes or any other updates consistent between multiple tools or applications utilized for Customer Request Management and Tracking purposes., • Provide regular feedback consistent with the needs of the team and environment for ongoing improvements., • Keeping certifications and training updated., • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned., • Must be able to lift (properly) up to 50lbs.Education/Experience:, • 3+ years Windows & Mac Experience within an L2 Deskside/Repair Support role, • Customer Service and experience working directly with customers is a must., • Technical authorization CompTIA or equivalent certifications (Apple/HP)., • Requires a sound technical background with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a Service or IT environment., • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues., • Excellent communication skills are a plus., • Service Now ticket Management., • General knowledge of gSuite (Gdocs, Gsheets, Gmail) or Microsoft office is a plus.
