Imperium Health Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a front desk role with added responsibility in social media, marketing, and patient outreach. You’ll be the face of our practice managing scheduling, communication, and engagement both in-person and online. We’re looking for someone who is mission-focused, values integrity and hard work, and is excited about using their gifts to help people heal through holistic, natural care. Your Responsibilities: Front Desk & Patient Care Responsibilities • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, • Manage daily scheduling, phone calls, and appointment reminders, • Educate patients on therapies, services, and upcoming events, • Collect payments, verify insurance, and maintain digital records, • Assist with rehab therapies and patient follow-through, • Support weekend events and community workshops as needed Marketing & Outreach Responsibilities: • Run clinic social media (Facebook, Instagram) and help grow online engagement, • Create visual content using Canva or similar tools, • Help write or coordinate blogs, newsletters, and outreach materials, • Coordinate with the doctor and team to promote workshops and in-office campaigns, • Support with local events, lunch-and-learns, and corporate wellness programs Who You Are : • A natural communicator who connects well with people, • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, • Self-motivated and proactive: can work without constant supervision, • Comfortable with Facebook, Canva, social media, and basic tech platforms, • Interested in holistic wellness and natural health, • Eager to grow in responsibility, leadership, and purpose, • Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or customer service is a plus, but not necessary, • Marketing, sales, or outreach experience strongly preferred Schedule: • Monday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM, • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM, • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM, • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (every other Saturday once trained) Benefits & Perks: • $19/hour starting pay for 6 weeks training, then up to $22 depending on experience and competency+ bonuses based on performance, • Paid holidays, training, and PTO, • Free chiropractic care for you and your immediate family, • Health & wellness resources, • Employee discounts, • Opportunities for advancement as the practice expands, • Quarterly team trainings & travel opportunities, • A faith-aligned, mission-driven team culture Our Culture: We believe healing comes from more than just physical care, it’s also spiritual, emotional, and mental.
