Location Tallahassee, FL Serving patients in Leon County Position Overview This is a hybrid clinical and business development role designed for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys both direct patient care and community-facing work. The Nurse Practitioner will: • Begin by seeing patients as a Provider, delivering in-home primary care services Key Responsibilities Clinical Provider Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive in-home primary care evaluations and ongoing medical management, • Assess patient histories, manage acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate care plans, • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.), • Prescribe medications and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care, • Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on access, quality, and outcomes Sales, Marketing & Community Outreach Responsibilities • Serve as a clinical representative of Mobile Medical within the community, • Promote Mobile Medical’s mobile primary care and transitional care services, • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners, • Participate in and host community outreach events, health fairs, presentations, and educational sessions, • Work closely with leadership and business development teams to support growth initiatives, • Assist with referral coordination and ensure a smooth transition from referral to patient admission, • Advocate for patients by supporting safe, timely transitions from facility-based care to home care Qualifications Required • Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program, • Current National Board Certification, • Active Florida APRN license, • Professional liability insurance, • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, acute care, or mobile/in-home settings, • Prior healthcare sales, outreach, or relationship-building experience (e.g., liaison, practice manager, account executive, assisted living sales), • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, • Comfort working independently while collaborating with clinical and business teams, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Base salary starts at $105,000, commensurate with years of experience. This role is salary-based until full census is achieved, at which point providers have the opportunity to increase overall earnings as the practice grows. Why Choose Mobile Medical?
